The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali was delighted to welcome back the BII Maybank Bali Marathon 2015 for their return to Bali International Convention Centre (BICC) as the Registration Venue for this international annual marathon event. BICC’s Exhibition Hall as well as Exhibition Gallery were chosen as the Registration Venue as well as the Race Exhibition for two days in a row, 28th and 29th August 2015. The marathon itself was held on Sunday, 30th August in the rural beauty of Gianyar district with a route passed cultural landmarks and local scenery.

The resort was chosen again to accommodate this international annual event as the venue for registration where around 5,000 runners came to reconfirm and collect their race packs prior the race. This event took place at the Exhibition Hall as well as Exhibition Gallery of Bali International Convention Centre. There was an exhibition held at the Exhibition Gallery located on the second floor for all official sponsors of this event for interactive games and showcase of their products. The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali also took part in featuring a health-enhancing menu with SuperFoodsRX selection as well as coffee and tea for a to-go meal that can be enjoyed by runners and visitors during this exhibition. The BII Maybank Bali Marathon is an annual race event that has attracted many runners from Indonesia and overseas to participate every year since 2013. The event is truly complements the Westin brand concept of ‘preserving wellness in travel’.
