Nusa Dua, Bali - Indonesia, 22 February 2017... The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali celebrated the spirit of romance on Saturday, 18th February 2017 with a delightful evening of dining and entertainment. This exclusive post - Valentine's event was headlined by acclaimed Indonesian singer Rio Febrian with backing music from Bali's own Djampiro band.

A flavorsome four - course menu by Executive Chef Manoj Rawat and his culinary team was served during the evening. Dinner started with a refreshing entrée of jicama remoulade, avocado, prawn, crab salad, ginger and pepper dressing followed by butternut pumpkin soup with toasted pepitas, beef bacon and hazelnut croutons. The main course was a mouthwatering slow roasted beef fillet, mushroom ragout, gratin potato, glazed vegetables and thyme jus. Closing this dining experience was a sweet treat of chocolate and coconut mousse, raspberry jelly, rose sponge, jaconde and cremè chiboust.

During Westin Bali's celebration of love, guests were taken on a sensory journey paired with soulful music in the elegant ambience of the Nusantara Hall. There was a lucky draw session for few weekend escapes plus a special prize for the best dressed couple in "Romantic Red". Rio Febrian has been part of the local music scene for many years with a succession of moving hits. He has collaborated with numerous artists and is best known for hist album entitled The Greatest Indonesian Love Songs.

Throughout the evening Rio sang an array of heartfelt ballads. He also invited guests up on stage to take photos together as a special memento of the occasion.
