Greetings from Haggai! It was a wonderful experience to have worked with the team of Westin Bali. In all my 15 years of  organising such global events, this was one of the best experiences with a  hotel/resort. I have sent  my feedback with all honesty and sincerity to the Westin survey. In none of the segments I could rate less than 10. Please continue the outstanding services you are giving . What impressed me most was that every team member of Westin Bali was willing to go an extra mile when asked for something with gladness . We’ve deeply appreciated your  services with such great attitudes.

Bali Process Ministerial Conference 2018

Dear Oriol,

I write to thank you and your team at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali for the professional and hospitable service provided to the Australian Government delegation during the Bali Process Ministerial Conference, 6-7 August 2018.

I particularly would like to thank AgusHadi and Nicodemus Adrianto for their patience and cooperation in managing our many requests, sometimes at the last minute.

I also thank you for your attentiveness and willingness to respond positively to assist with the unexpected change in the ministerial delegation’s arrival following the earthquake in Lombok. It was extremely helpful to have your calm and helpful approach at that time.

Flowcrete Asia Pacific 2016

I find myself thinking about the past week in Bali at the Westin and it leaves me with such a warm, pleasant and satisfied feeling.

I have to thank you and your team for coming together with the coordination, organisation and execution of Flowcrete’s event. Whilst it seemed effortless, I am absolutely sure  it is far from the truth.

Nicodemus’ complete dedication to our every ad hoc request / curve ball we threw at him was fulfilled perfectly. In fact he did it with such a pleasant disposition. In my books, Nicodemus is an absolute star!!!

Please thank Lutfi, Nicodemus, Manoj , Maksat and everybody else who helped support  Flowcrete’s event.  From the start when we arrived to the day we left, we were treated with such respect, thoughtfulness and courtesy.  I do apologise for not remembering the names of all your team members whom I met at the briefing.  Please thank them and convey my sincere gratitude  and appreciation for all their hard work.

The food was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire duration. All my delegates had such good reviews about the entire property.  The decor and ambience for the temple garden dinner and not to mention the Summer Beach Dinner was well thought of. This was very different from our past years as we could enjoy the beach and the outdoors as well.

I also have to thank you for allowing us to have the “Special VIP Entrance” with the Vespa.  I know this is not usually allowed.  That “stunt” was the BEST ever as it gave us the opportunity to include an element of “crazy-fun” celebrating and highlighting Craig’s new appointment as the President of the Flowcrete Group.

I truly appreciate you dropping by our Welcome Dinner and Annual Dinner Party. It meant a lot to me. Thank you for that Bipan.  Not to mention suggesting Lia Café. That was such a hit with our senior members of staff.  A as gain , this is something very different and local to Bali.

It’s true that gratitude is the memory of the heart.  I am extremely grateful to you and your team for a fabulous Sales Conference and Annual Dinner 2016.

Needless to say that I am now utterly and completely in love with The Westin Bali and will definitely come back.

Lina Loh & Davin Tham 2015

My name is Lina Loh and I would like to take this opportunity to provide some feedback on my experience as a guest of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua.

In November 2015, my friends/family and I flew from Sydney Australia to Bali to get married at The Westin Nusa Dua. We chose your venue based on the efficient email responses we have received from our initial wedding packages query.

My experience from the first point of contact with your staff had been a very positive one. Nova had taken over the wedding planner\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s job who was initially assisting me (as that staff had since left). Nova was also very efficient, approachable, helpful and friendly. Although we had not met her until we arrived in Bali, we felt the genuine warmth that Nova had through her email correspondence. She was very accommodative in our requests and was thorough in our details.

When i finally met Nova in person at the resort, I was very happy to see that not only is she very pretty and tall, but also a lovely person in life.

Nova was there to assist me in the days leading up to the wedding and also during my special day. Nova and her team were on standby during my ceremony just in case I needed anything.

Although it has almost been one year, I still remember clearly the times where Nova was so helpful to me. Whilst my dinner reception was happening, I panicked and realised that I had forgotten my 2nd wedding dress to change into. Thankfully Nova was there to my rescue. She had kindly rushed from the beach to my hotel room to get my dress for me. I was so grateful for that. I also remember the moment when Nova had personally sent my husband and I off on the day we checked out of the hotel. She kindly said her goodbyes and walked us out of the hotel until we got into our taxi for the airport. Nova had left us with a positive experience that we cannot forget.

Also the wedding packages are as flexible as can be. We requested items such as \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'hair and makeup\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' from the package to be changed to something of equivalent value such as extra bottle of champagne during ceremony, and extra ribbons to tie on chairs. We also negotiated the price of the dancefloor hire. The are also willing to change the colour theme of the ceremony beach set up. The brochure has a blue theme, but i asked for it to be changed to Blue and White instead, and they did a fantastic job at it. They also changed the flower table decorations to suit our preferences.

We also negotiated a discounted room rate with breakfast for our guests attending the wedding and staying at the hotel. Tell ur friend to sign up to SPG cos he gets points for hotel stay as well as points for money spent on the wedding (food and drinks). Something like that......

Asia Atopic Dermatitis Summit 2014

I would like to express my gratitude to your team for making this event a success.

Prior to the events, you have accommodated to all our requirements and I am most impressed that the rooming list and transfer list is always updated despite of multiple changes. From our arrival on June 19th to June 24th, you did so much to welcome us and also initiated to go through the check list to ensure that everything is in place. The check in process has been made smooth and easy for our guests which is great. Airport transfers arrangement is great and I appreciate the initiative on attending to the requirement of the more anxious guests.

Meeting rooms are always well prepared and the tea breaks and lunch are always served on time. Despite of a small hiccup on the internet connection, the team is able to solve the problem within a short period of time which minimise the disruption and our team is thankful for that. Your team has been very professional, attentive and responsive to all our needs. I am impressed with the service provided by Westin Bali Nusa Dua and have enjoyed working with everyone. I will be happy to hold my next event there and even recommend to my colleagues.

The only complaint that we have is that there isn’t enough time to enjoy Bali!
