The Indonesian government requires a permit for any conferences or meetings held at venues within hotels or resorts. A valid meeting permit is required by local authorities for all organized events. The meeting or conference organizer is responsible for applying for and obtaining the necessary permits in compliance with Indonesian law, either independently or through a third-party agent. The hotel is not permitted to be involved in the application process or in handling any financial transactions related to the permit application.

The appointed agent will assist with the application process with the local authority for a fee, which is agreed upon between the third-party agent and the event organizer and must be paid directly by the event organizer to the agent. The hotel is not responsible for the outcome of the permit application.
Copies of the meeting permit must be provided to the hotel at least 14 days prior to the event. Local authorities reserve the right to halt any meeting or conference if the organizer cannot produce the required permit.
